Dear Valued Customer/Supplier,
 
In response to a review of our shipping and receiving hours at our Dartmouth, NS facility we have updated our hours of operation for shipping and receiving:
 
Effective June 1, 2019, the following hours of operation will be in place:
 
• Any planned deliveries of machines, rental returns, or pickups will need to be arranged within the normal hours of 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Friday, yard gates will be closed outside of these hours.
• We will not accept transport companies dropping loads, or machines, outside of the gate.
• The front door (reception) will be open 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, as it is today.
• The Parts counter will be open 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Saturday.
• The Warehouse will be open for parts pickup from Sunday 10:00 pm through Friday 9:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
• If entering the building on foot, the side parts door is the preferred entry point after hours.
 
Over the next week, additional signs to indicate hours of operation and delivery points in the yard will be installed.
 
We appreciate your patience with the new policies and anticipate we will need to adjust and adapt our procedures as we move forward.
